FRONT FORK KTR-5 WITH THROUGH ROD DAMPING SYSTEM
The KTR-5 front fork is an evolution of the KTR-4 fork which incorporated the highly successful DDS System.
The KTR-5 front forks have our new Through Rod Damping System.
The TRDS system uses a 25mm cartridge, and is the next level in damping performance. The damping circuits are designed to work independently to improve the dynamics and response time, and with its reduced hysteresis it improves chassis control giving increased feel and confidence to the rider.
The effects of temperature changes are eliminated from the system as there is no piston rod displacement, affecting the load on the piston rod as gas pressure increases from the oil expanding under increasing temperature. This all adds to better consistency of damping control and zero “fade”.
The KTR-5 front forks are manufactured using the highest grade materials, and stringent design tolerances. They have been designed for optimum performance, making them a serious option for any level of racing.
TO MOUNT THESE FORKS YOU NEED AFTERMARKET CLAMPS, HANDLEBARS, WHEEL SPINDLE INSERTS ETC.
